The breeding
In the shed, “Limousine” cattle are bred.
In the herd of cow there is a bull, for the natural covering, and the calves, that remains with mothers for about eight months.
The feeding is made by hay and corn, both produced in the farm, and by 100% vegetable feed.
The shed is registered at the Consorzio Carne Bovina Documentata (clic here to see the certificate); all the inspections, both on bred animals and shop, provide further guarantee, beside those given by law, about the complete absence of treatments with hormones or any other illegal substance.
