The farm shop
In the Farm Shop we sell the products of our farm: the meat of baby beef, in classics cuts or in appetizing preparations gastronomic, the rice superfine Carnaroli and the flours, milled to stone, of Maranello Maize, corn and rice, with which we produce delicious cookies.
The choice increases to other specialties of quality some of which biological, all coming from other farms of the area; therefore in the Shop you can find salami, cotechini, culatello, poultry and rabbits, fresh and seasoned cheeses such as the famous Pannerone from Lodi, Slow Food garrison, biological yogurt, wine of the Oltepò, handmade beer from the Birrificio Italiano, honey, fruit juices and, in season, the vegetables of the garden.
Moreover there is also in sale a selection of products of the Fair Trade, of Consortium CTM.
In the festivities period, but also during the rest of the year, we prepare gift wrapping with our products or also simple dressed bags of rice “for festivity”, particularly suitable for small gifts or business gifts.
The Shop is equipped with a Self-control Plan HACCP and is subordinate to periodic inspections from the Consortium Documented Bovine Meat (Consorzio Carne Bovina Documentata)
