OUR STABLE
We breed 'limousine' and 'garronese' cattle with care and dedication.
The new stable, opened in 2009, accommodates a herd of around 70 head.
The feed consists mainly of hay and maize meal, and the supplementary feeds are all of vegetable composition with great attention paid to provenance and nutritional balance. It is very important for us to follow and subscribe to all animal welfare principles. This is reflected in the excellence of the meat sold at our shop.
The stable is registered with the ‘Consorzio Lombardo Produttori Carne Bovina’ (Lombardy Consortium of Beef Producers), which with its controls is a further guarantee of quality.
